I have been in contact with Jane Kinzel (Pioneer Woman) for five or six years in our mutual quest for roots in the Talmadge/Tolmich family. Jane is a former sister-in-law of mine, and I am fortunate to have "found" her after many, many years. Finding the baptismal records for Guadalupe Benavides was a real milestone in this familys search. Thank you, again. Joanne

AM: Toribio Benavides y Concepcion Molina. PP: Pablo Sandoval y Dolores Aragon. I am fairly sure this is Tomas Tolmich and the "Americano" name was listed due to confusion over what the father's real name was. There are many reasons for errors to occur in baptisms and/or translations of baptisms. Please contact Rev Frank Guerrero at guerreros2216@juno.com. Frank and several others have been trying to track down the Tolmich/Talmadge family group. They would be of greater help. Let him know I sent you. Clarissa
