ASSOCIATION de la FAMILLE THIBODEAUX SAT1 @prodigy.net Dear Cousins, The Congre Mondial Acadian (World Congress of Acadians) will be held in Louisiana during the first two weeks in the month of August 1999. We have been invited to participate in the Congre and organize a THIBODEAUX FAMILY reunion. We have had several meetings to begin organizing for this reunion and felt it was suitable to form an organization with officers and committees to be more organized and have a successful experience. We are, with this letter inviting you to join the organization in making our THIBODEAUX FAMILY one of the more than fifty Acadian families in this momentous celebration of our ancestral Acadian heritage. Our plans are to have a quarterly newsletter with genealogical information for all our cousins worldwide, calendar of events to help keep you abreast of activities and stories that anyone wishes to share with us all.
