I am searching for the family of Bridget Foran who migrated to Australia from Ireland c1882. Other members of the family may have gone to America. She married PATRICK (2) EGAN 1843 in Newmarket, Clare, son of PATRICK(1) EGAN and MARY REILLY. Notes for BRIDGET FORAN: Notes for PATRICK (2) EGAN: Emigrated in 1882 (Death Certificate). Written on back of Marriage Certificate (probably in Tom's writing): "British Nation 1868. Arrived Australia 1879." Daughter's Bridget and Mary and his son John emigrated to America instead. Moved to palen Creek in 1884, the same year as their sons James and Thomas. Sold his property at Palen Creek to son Mick in 1898 when he was 92 years of age. Notes for MARY EGAN: In 1879 - 1888 ? emigrated to America with sister Bridget and brother John. Mary eventually joined the rest of the family in Australia with Bridget's daughter Julia in 1888.
