Looking for the surname of Johns form the Greensburg, PA area. My great grandfather, Ernest August, came from Germany where his name was JOHN. Changed the surname to JOHNS when arrived in America. Also looking for the SAWYER surname, mainly from the upstate New York area. Am just starting out so I don't have much information yet, but am willing to share what little I have. Thanks!
