    3. Hello: I am looking for STEWART: Charles was 37 in the 1891 Census of Victoria City, BC, CAN. Born US, don't know where. John STEWART: no information except that he was listed as family of 5 in victoria in the 1891 Census. Elizabeth MORRIS age 24 (probably nee STEWART.) Born US, father born France, mother born BC (according to the 1891 Census of Victoria, BC. She had four children; Frederick T. 5 Eveline 4 Henry 2 male 6 months. Elizabeth was married but husband not listed. (Marie Anne on Baptismal Certificate) Mary Ann STEWART who married Nicholas MORRIS. Had son Baptised in 1891 (Aug) but probably had another child before him. Nicholas MORRIS and Mary Ann (Stewart) MORRIS were my g grandparents. Their son was my grandfather, Nicholas MORRIS(SON) who was born 25 July 1891 in Victoria B.C., Canada. (Jacobus on Baptismal Certificate) James and Julia MORRIS were Sponsors. MORRIS: Mary Ann (Stewart) James Julia Nicholas Frederick T. Eveline Henry STEWART: Charles John Mary Ann Elizabeth (probably) The story is that Nicholas and Mary Ann were 'lost at sea' and Nicholas was orphaned. In the Protectorate where he ended up he was called Nicholis MORRISON. I am just hoping something sounds familiar to someone. Thank you, Nancy ngburke@halcyon.com
