Hi, I know this is a very small amount of information. It is all we have. My mother died when I was 18 months , her side of this family all left the area. I don't even know if any of them are still alive. My mothers' name was Elsie Regina JEWELL (b. 11 Jan 1935 in Washington D.C. D. 10 Apr 1965 in Washington D.C.) her parents listed on her Birth Cert. were Frances JEWELL and Regina Maria ANDERSON. I would love any suggestions where to go next. Gary Whittaker
