Hello, seen your query here and I have this Thomas Faris in my family file. All the information you provided agrees with mine. He was a brother to my 5th ggfather William Farris and the son of Gideon Faris and Sarah McSpadden. My Faris/Farris line was from Washington, Lee & Russell County, VA. Some of them moved to TN. My direct line moved from VA to Carter Co., TN then now Johnson County, TN., then onto Polk County, Missouri. What information are you needing?
