Greetings from Iowa. We have about 3 inches of lovely white stuff on the ground and in some areas blowing. I need some help. I just learned that a sibling, (Hiram Levi and William C. WINTERS) lived in the Jefferson co., Mississippi area. They were there in 1890. Hiram is there in 1880. A descendant of one of these two men was Govenor of Mississippi. Where would I write to find a published story on him? I am hoping it will tell me about Hiram or William. Thank you in advance. Peggy
