I need any information or would like to hear from descendants of Jacob DAVIS, b. 1786 in Monroe County, Virginia. He married Eunice DIXON, daughter of George DIXON and Sophronia VANBEBBER. Jacob and Eunice were believed to have had 15 children. They lived for a time near Jacob's father William DAVIS on the south side of Greenbrier River in Monroe County, Virginia. Sometime around 1820 they moved to Indiana and were among the first settlers of Van Buren Township, Madison County. Known children of Jacob DAVIS and Eunice DIXON are: 1. James Davis 2. Jacob Davis 3. Richard Davis, b. December 16, 1809 in Virginia; died March 6, 1894 in Clackamas, Oregon. He married Edna Catherine THOMAS. Any help would be appreciated, thanks, Gwen Romine
