I don't have the surnames you mention (yet) but I'm at a loss on West Leary COPELAND who married Susan Penelope MILLER. All I know is that their daughter, Esther Victoria COPELAND was born in Edenton, Chowan Co., NC in 1898. Would you possibly have any connection to these names?
