Alma CARDIN to celebrate 90th birthday. Alma Cardin will be 90 years old tomorrow, Oct 11. She was raised in Hardin County and has lived most of her life int he Flint Hill area. She has three children, Kenneth Cardin and his wife Jean who live in Charlestown, Ind., Dorothy Brashear and her husband Daymond who live on a farm near Sonora; and Maxine Miller and her husband Burton who live in Elizabethtown. She has nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Thomas COWHERD to celebrate 90th birthday. There will be an open house in honor of Thomas Cowherd's 90th birthday from 2 to 4 pm. Oct 17 at Blue Ball Baptist Church. He is married to the former Zana Hatcher, and they four children, David, Neda, James and Paul. Gina
