Loretta SULLIVAN b circa 1882 in Taylor, PA (Scranton area) married James WEISS b circa 1979 in White Haven, PA, in Taylor in 1909. They had a least 3 children 2 daughters Helen and unkn;and a son Edward WEISS. The family lived most of their life in the Philadelphia area. James WEISS was said to have worked in the Philadelphia shipyards. Also looking for information on LYNCH-SULLIVAN connection. Loretta's sister Elizabeth (Bessie) SULLIVAN b circa 1889 in Taylor married John LYNCH b circa 1889 in Old Forge, PA 1912. They also lived in the Philadelphia. John and Bessie had three children John b 1925, Eleanor and Dorothy. Dorothy and Eleanor married DOLAN brothers from Scranton area.     2. Looking for information on following family. My grandfather Peter J. COLEMAN was born in County Mayo March 12, 1883. He came to US in 1895 and settled in the Scranton, PA area. He immigrated with his mother Winifred and some of his siblings; his brother John died in Chicago, Illinois in 1906; sister Jennie (Jane) b June 5, 1879 married Andrew MC HUGH (from Donegal) in 1904 in Butte and they lived in Montana; sister Minnie (Mary?) married Oscar RITTER and lived in Montana and Philadelphia, PA; sister Annie b 1880 married Martin WADE and they lived in Philadelphia; sister Cecilia b 1884 was a nurse who lived in Bronx, New York City; sister Agnes b 1887 married Horace JORDAN and Joseph GRAY and lived in Philadelphia, PA. At least one of their brothers David COLEMAN remained in Ireland. Oral history stated Peter J. COLEMAN was from Lochmoor (?) in County Mayo. My grandfathers mother was Winifred COLEMAN b1852 she married John COLEMAN. I do not have any information on her husband John and his parents. Winifred COLEMAN parents were Patrick COLEMAN and Margaret MELVIN b circa 1820 both from County Mayo. Their children were Winifred COLEMAN m John COLEMAN; Andrew m Mary ???? and settled in Georgia; Mary b 1839 m Patrick STANTON; Margaret b 1851 m James BELL. He married Hannah Ann KISSINGER (KISNER, KISNEN) abt 1826 in Clermont co., OH. It is believed that George's father or grandfather was a Hessian soldier.
