    3. FYI....CZECH IMMIGRATION PASSENGER LISTS, 5 volumes, published 1993, by Leo Baca, Write to Leo Baca, 1707 Woodcreek, Richardson, Texas 75082 My original message was as follows: FYI...I went to the Library today, they had some new books pertaining to Czech/Bohemia passenger lists. Only Czech aka Bohemia are listed. 6 volumes. very nice. Actual pictures of ships: Baltimore, Barbarossa, Ben Nevis, Braunschweig, Bremen in 1874, Breslau, Cassel, Chemnitz, Donau, Frankfurt, Franzisko and Leinbnitz (in same picture), Friedrich Grosse, Galveston, Gellert in 1875, Gessner, Hannover I, Hansa, Herschel, Hohenzoller, Iris, Jeverland, Juno, Koln, Main I, Miles, Mosel, Neckar, Nurnberg, Older in 1874,Rhein, Saxonia in 1857, Sileasia, Strasburg, Weser I, Wittekind. Some of the pictures are not that great, others were very clear. Sorry it took so long to get this message to all of you. The flu bug has hit hard at our house. Peggy pegpowel@netins.net

    1. [ROLL-CALL-L] McCRYSTLE (et al), COFFEE, YUNGFLEISCH
    2. Researching the following surnames: McCRYSTLE (or any variation), COFFEE, YUNGFLEISCH Here's the story: DR. PATRICK McCRYSTLE (1808 ????- 1876 - ?) seems to have come from Ireland to Philadelphia in 1856. ANY IDEA WHICH SHIP NAMES?? He was married to JANE COFFEE (1816 ??? - 1882?), seemingly of Ireland (rumor, and My Great-Uncle John, whose memory is usually wrong says she may have been a milliner in Dublin at some point, of course, he also said that Dr. Patrick had his medical degree from Edinborough University, and there is no record of him anywhere there - should I check elsewhere??) apparently by the time he got here. I have no information at all on any COFFEE's before or after that. In any event, one of their children, Dr. JOHN McCRYSTLE (1854 - 1924), married Barbara YUNGFLEISCH (1863 - 1934 - again, little to no information on her), and they had a child who turns out to be my grandfather. Most of this history takes place in MINERSVILLE, PA, although Patrick may have set up shop first in NJ. Dr. John's siblings were: ANNIE McCRYSTLE, THOMAS McCRYSTLE, and MARY McCRYSTLE. Mary disappears from the census records, and we have never heard about her from the family. Annie and Thomas do not seem to have lived long. ANY INFORMATION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

    2. Bob Holyfield
    3. I am searching for information on John P. Burks (b. 1846) and Frances Maria Richardson (b. 1848). I do not have their birthplaces although I believe they were from SW Va. I also do not have the date or place of their marriage. Family stories have it that they traveled from Mississippi to Arkansas in a covered wagon. There is no history of where they were before Mississippi. They settled in Conway and Faulkner Counties in Arkansas. One of their 12 children was my ggm. Thanks, Bob Holyfield Rootsweb Sponsor
