Most people have indicated they are able to access it quite late at night when traffic is slower. AND, I'M NOT CONNECTED WITH ANCESTRY!     2. 've been able to use the free months access, with only occasional delays.. One tip is to set your browser to accept cookies..also I find more success if I begin a search ( as a non member would), then go into the ($) areas and log in for each area..I've never been able to usse the normal log in routine..hope this helps.
