Nancy I have nothing in my research about this union, however, the Miami Valley Genealogy Index (see http://206.103.255/miami/getdata.htm) lists an 1844 Clark county marriage btween Martha Rall and Isaiah Chaney (note the spelling difference), it also lists an 1850 marriage in Clark county between Isaiah Chaney and Christiania Bowen.
