Hello Martha: I finally installed my new genealogy software and data into the computer we bought last fall! Now I am trying to enter months of notes into it! First of all I got Mary Rall's birth date of 6 Dec 1794 from a fellow researcher in Ohio. She never said where she found it. She was quite active in her counties genealogical society and I can't think of anything that she sent me that was incorrect. I never checked the birth date myself. So I checked Mary's age on all the census records I have for her, ha! I don't think she knew how old she was herself or James her husband if he filled out the census data, according to the different census, she was born in 1792, 1793 and 1795! I can't seem to find my cemetery records for Clark Co, OH right now, however I do have a fairly good photo of her stone and the death date is Nov 21, 1788, 85 yrs 11 mos 15 ds. So you are correct and her birth year is 1791. I am glad you caught that, thanks. I'd like to know if I have 'your' Joseph Roll mixed up with a Joseph RALL.
