    3. Hello, It's not Scottsplains Twp., Martha, but Scotch Plains Twp., NJ for Elizabeth "Betsy" (MILLS) ROLL burial place. They were Scotch Baptists. And Philip is aka Philemon, probably being named for an ancestor. Many in the MILLS family carry this given name.
