Hello Audrey: Do you happen to have the names of the children for Yellis Inyard? I have John, Antje, Christine, Charles and Tice. JOhn and Charles seem to cover the two grandfathers. Christine for maternal grandmother. (What was Carel Iniaart's wife's name, Marya Gleave?) According to my records, I think (completely scribbled) Antje Ingart and Jacobus Craven had daughter Alice. What is so interesting is the witn: for their dau's, Christina, bap was Joris Neefjes and Willemtje Borkelo. They moved to Bucks Co, PA where John Roll and Mary Nevis also went. Willemtje Borkelo was the step-daughter of Johannes Roll and dau of Margrietje, widow of Jan Marmanseen Van Barkelo. (Am I the only one who thinks that it might be possible if Johannes Roll and Margrietje had a son named John that he would go to Bucks Co, PA with his step- sister and her family? Also Johannes Roll had close ties to some of the Nevis family.) Back to the children of Antje Inyard and Jacobus Craven, (he probably died in Warminster, Bucks Co, PA) he and Antje Inyard also had a son named James b 1728 Bucks Co, Pa married Antje Nevius dau of Joris & Willemtie (Barkalo) Nevius. (I used the spellings as they were show in my reference.) I do not know what Barbara's credentials are, but she does write very well. She has access to a huge amount of reference material. I do know she is going to use Elizabeth Strickhauser for the wife of John Roll, Her editor seems to think she has enough circumstantial evidence to warrent it. I don't really care for that, even though I think it is probably correct, I would like proof before seeing it published. She is also putting a John Roll as son of Johannes and Margrietje with no proof. Too many John Rolls at this time with no proof of their parents. The Van Woggelum article was to have been published this spring, but she wanted more time for research for the Roll's and they wanted to run the Roll's in the edition after the Van Woggelum's so her editor was going to publish another of her article's this spring. She has been out of the country for the last two weeks and should be returning shortly. She does have an Enyard line. Don't know if any of this helps. Anyone else have any thoughts on this family?
