This is what I found: born 6 Oct 1910; died 21 Jul 1997; residence (zip) 76103 (Fort Worth, Tarrant Co., TX. Last benefit; no location given. SSN 467-76-3630; issuing state Texas; issued 1963 Does any of the above information match what you have? If this is your grandmother, let me know and I will send the address for Tarrant County TX county clerk. I also tried Wayne Morgan, but there were too many and I would need more information. You might be able to guess which one, if he is shown. Go to http://www.ancestry.com and on the left side of the page click on (I think it is) SSDI and that will take you to the page for Social Security Death Index and you enter all information you know.
