Jan Holland, Thank you for the Roll information. The Michael Roll you list is definitely my great grandfather. Can you tell me anything of the source of this information or how to contact anyone who is related to Michael who may have supplied it? Whoever posted the information confused my mother's marriage to Chester Petrie with her brother Robert Roll who died in World War II and was never married. They also dropped the "e" off of Petrie. That and other date discrepancies below make me think they must have been distantly related or out of touch with the family for some time. I am currently in contact with both Marjorie (Roll) McDowell and Richard Unger who you list as descendants of Mike Roll and Frances (Roll) Hillisheim respectively. My grandfather of course was Albert Wendell Roll who named my mother Dorothy Frances after his older sister Frances. Can you see a relationship between any of the other Roll files that you have and Michael Roll?
