Her last name was Zimmerman but I believe her mother's maiden name may have been Hedwig. Very interesting in that Hedwig also married a Roll and both she and Catherine (Hedwig) Roll appear to have lived in New York at one time. What is (Harjes) or Marjes? Was this Catherine's mother's maiden name? Did I draw the correct conclusion that Catherine's maiden name was Hedwig? See below for more details on my Hedwig.
