I would love to find a citation for the marriage of John Mangels Roll --- to anyone! I don't think anyone has ever found one or at least it has never been posted on the list. I for one would love to have the 'can of worms' opened in this matter. None of the children of John Mangels Roll were named after any ot the Sickles family, but then none of them were named for the father of Elizabeth Strickhauser. (Could be the grandson.)
