I only know John Mangels Roll was buried at the Presbyterian Church in Long Hill, Chatham, NJ. (Does anyone have a different one?) For their children, I have: John b 17 Oct 1733 Isaac b ca 1735 Mary "Molly" b ca 1737 Abrham b 29 Aug 1739 Catherine (Catron) b ca 1741 Jane (Jean) b 12 Sep 1743 (All agree??) IF Elizabeth was Strichhauser and she and John were married around the time of baptism when they were witnesses, 1728, Elizabeth Strichhauser would have been a very young bride. Notice there is no son named after John's father, Pieter, nor a son named after Balthasar Strichhauser or Robert Sickles. There is a daughter, Jane who could be named after paternal grandmother, Jannetje DuChesne AND daughter Catherine (Catron) could be named after Catharina Krobel Strichhauser. Off hand I can't remember the name of Robert Sickles wife, so can't compare that. I will have to go through my notes. I did find a marriage for a Elizabeth Sickles who married a DeGroot (?).
