It is nice to have the family information on Francis Sherman Roll/Elizabeth Agnes Drain. This is the brother to the man that did a lot of research on the Roll Family in the mid 1900's. It was a hard time to do genealogy. Roland Henry John Roll (Roland H. Roll) and Isaac Clifford Roll (I. Clifford Roll) worked on the genealogy for years and their work was a big help when Lynn, Janis and I started our work in the late 70's. I have admired these men for many years. They were pioneers in Genealogy Research and made it a lot easier for some of the rest of us. It is good to know that some of the family will continue with the work. Janis and I have continued information on Roland H. Roll's line if you would like to compare notes. I would rather not send it through the list since some of these people are living. That would be up to them to publish on the list but I will send it to who ever would like it through private e-mail or Janis will if I have gone back to Illinois.
