It's interesting to note how many Rolls and Ralls started in New Jersey and wound up in the New Carlilse area. Does anyone have any idea why? Was it land given as bounties for Revolutionary War service, were they part of a religious sect that came to that area, was it the promise of good land, cheap? Any thoughts? Ed
