    1. Aaron Roll
    2. Martha Roll
    3. Aaron Roll was not mentioned in his father's WILL. Since the dates I have shows that he died about 6 months after Jacob Roll, there must have been a conflict somehow. Nancy, I can't imagine why these girls would have sued the children of Aaron Roll since he wasn't mentioned in the WILL. Each of these girls were to receive 10 dollars in cash to be paid by Jacob Roll's executors within a year from the time of his death. It states, "the sum of ten dollars in cash to be paid her by my Executors within twelve months after my decease. These last two legacies to be considered in full for their share & interest in my estate they having heretofore received their portions at their marriage respectively". It could be also that Aaron had already claimed his and so was not mentioned in the WILL. The Executors of Jacob Roll's Estate were named Jacob & Joseph. All they could sue for was the $10.00 if they hadn't received it. It does mention his minor children to be taken care of until they become of age, which must mean the last 4. The WILL is dated August 26, 1824 and Probated October 2, 1834. I tried to send a copy of this WILL last weekend but failed. I will try it again this weekend. I have done it before, I just can't remember how. If I ever do anything right, you can believe, I did it by accident. The first record, other than this one you sent Nancy, of a Daniel Roll Is Daniel M. Rall married Sarah F. McGilton 1853, Clark Co., Ohio. I have a marriage record for Lydia Roll to Jacob Timbrell in 1813, Butler Co., Ohio. Is this the Lydia, 3rd wife of John Roll who married (1) Rachel Van Winkle (2) Edith Wick (3) Lydia. Thanks Ed for the Cemetery Records. Your name is on the list to send a copy of Jacob Roll's Will. Martha
