Nancy, When you sent the information through on the petition for partition you did not state the T #. Was it 3 as mentioned in the will? It would be interesting to know which part of the sections they are talking about in the will. The partition mentions NW7. I don't see that mentioned in Jacob's will. Possibly this was land already given to Aaron which is being contested. Need to look at land records. Martha, I don't understand why Sarah, wife of Ross Dunham, is called Polly Dunham in the will. I have always seen her called Sarah or Sally. I wonder if that was a typo by the transcribest who sent the will to you, Martha. Audrey
