Hi Thank you everyone for all your help, I am now in receipt of JOHN HENRY ROLLs birth cert. Wonderful!!!! He was born on 12/1/1840 in GORLESTON, Suffolk UK son of JOHN KELLEY ROLL (born abt 1811 in GORLESTON) and MARTHA ROLL (nee WOODS born abt 1813 in GORLESTON). I am now trying to find out if there were any more children before him to narrow down the marriage date. Does it ring any bells with anyone?
