Both parents were natives of Brooklyn, Kings County, NY. He was a resident of Roseburg, Douglas County, OR, a veteran of World War II and was never married. Survived by his nephew, Theodore George Wilhelm, Jr. of Wallingford, Connecticut.. Burial on July 5, 1989, at Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, Multnomah County, OR. Informant - V. A. Records.
