Surnames: Rodgers/Rogers Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/EkDBAIB/5885 Message Board Post: My grandfather Parm August Rodgers/Rogers was born in Indiana in 1879, it is said that his mother or grandmother was a cherokee indian princess,....We do not know my greatgrandfather or greatgrandmothers names, or birthdates, marriage date, or if there were other children, I would appreciate any help anyone could give me, It seems that Grandfather Parm, is my brick wall...I can not find him in the Indiana census for any town, or county, I do find to un named children in his birth year, I was wondering if he was born on the Indian reservation in Indiana, and if this is why I can't find him, would anyone know how I could look him up with the Indians?? thank you any help would be appreciated... susan rogers wilburn susanwilburn@sbcglobal.net
