Moore, Reps Edwards, Shed Jolly, John Smith, Uriah Paulk being a lawful jury of inquest who being charged and sworn to inquire for the state of South Carolina where and by what means the said Alcy came to her death on their oaths do say that the deceast came to its death by being over laid by its mother or some other invisible cause as there is no mark of violence and so the Jury do say that Alcy came to her death by misfortune or accident.
