Born 03/21/1971 (1972?) I know that his father lived in Kalama, Washington. Also with the name James Rogers, but I don't know his middle name. Son, James L. Rogers married Kimberly Morehouse 11/12/1991. They had a son in 12/1991. He was last located in Washington and Oregon. His mother lives in California somewhere back in the summer of 1991.
