I am descended from Joseph D. Rogers/Rodgers. He was living in the Bedford/Rutherford County areas of Tennessee in the early 1800's. I do not know when he moved there - as a child or adult - but his children were apparently all born there. Here is a brief outline of his family and I will post a will that is very possibly his father, which lists other children. The will was is the possession of another family member from long ago so I do find it credible but lack the proof.
