In 1762 Doswell Rogers entered 400a on Crab Tree branch of Snow Creek which was in Halifax Co., but recorded in Pittsylvania Co. VA. In 1763 he entered another 400a next to the original tract. In 1785 Henry Rogers was purchasing 100a of land on Crab Tree branch of Snow Creek and the land was situated in Henry Co. VA. Does anyone have land transactions for these two Rogers or their own Rogers on Crab Tree branch of Snow Creek? I am not sure just where this land would lie today since other counties were created later. Thanks. Eleanor
