I am searching for anyone who may have any information on my gr-grandmother's family. Mattie was my gr-grandmother. She married Robert Early Etheridge/Etheredge in McLennan County TX on 21-Oct-1894. Very little is known about Mattie's family. It is believed her father and mother may have died when she was young. It is possible she may have lived with a German family at some time. My mother said she talked about having a brother named Will. She and Robert moved to GA after 1910. They were in Cooke County TX in 1900 and Hardeman County TX in 1910. According to the SSI information I received her father and mother are listed as George Rogers and Mary Bishop. Would appreciate any help...with the 1890 census being non-existent I haven't been able to find anything on her before her marriage in 1894. Thanks, Donna Johnson
