I am still at that brick wall trying to find my Ggrandfather. Here is what I know... I am Margaret hamilton, daughter of Mildred(rogers),daughter of Edward and Margaret(cole)Rogers..Edward was b.Oct 22,1905 in Springfield MA..he has 3 brothers..Horace b.Oct.1904...Harley & Martin(twins)B.Oct 1910...there was also a younger sister but I cant find her, but I beleive her name was Charlotte(notsure). Horace died in CAL...Edward died in CT in 1985...Harley died in FL..and Martin in MA.... Edward joined the navy and while stationed in New London CT, met and married Margaret Cole(Kohl) in 1931...my mother was born in 1947 in New London..I was born in New London in 1967. Anyway I lose track here...My grandfather's birth cert. from mass..list his mother as Bessie May Spear(s) from Sandisfield Mass...and his father as William H.Rogers from So.Windsor CT. Here is where I can find no more info....we beleive Willaim's father was a Charles but have found no proof as of yet. IF anyone has info or tips where to look next, please let me know...thanks Margaret Hamilton grand daughter to Edward Rogers...
