I once thought the parents were John Rogers and Comfort Prettyman but no longer believe this. Ephraim married Elizabeth Foster b. 1788 in NC and had 11 children. Some were in Putnam Co., Ga and the rest in Walton Co., GA. He was a big land-holder in Walton Co., GA.
