He is in the 1930 census, Columbus, Franklin Co, OH, ED82, Sh14a with wife Altha, dau Aldine, and mother Louise. He is in the 1900 census, Wayne Twp, Scioto Co, OH ED126, Pg5b with parents George and Louise and brother Harry L. b Jun 1888. George is the son of Henry Harrison Wiggins b abt 1825 Cincinnati, d abt 1890 and Catherine ?Timpy b abt 1831 Cincinnati, d 17 Jun 1894 Portsmouth, Scioto Co, OH. Louise is the daughter of Levy Mossie b Lawrence Co, OH, and Mary Kennard b KY. My wife is descended from George's sister Rosa.
