Rogers Jr., 60, was born October 18, 1942. A resident of North Park/ East San Diego for 59 years, he died April 3, 2003, at Sharp Memorial Hospital. He recently retired from the Goodwill Industries, after providing over 40 years of exceptional service. He attended Central Elementary and Wilson Jr. High, San Diego. Willie ' s fondest memories were of time spent with his mother and family during holiday gatherings. Preceded in death by his father William Sr., mother Gloria S. and brother Jimmy. Survived by brother Robert, and Jan Rogers, Leucadia, Calif.; sister Barbara Rogers, San Diego; nephews: Jesse Rogers, Encinitas, Calif., Randy Rogers, Leucadia, Calif., Daniel Torres, San Diego; great-niece Illiana Ramos "His Little Angel", Encinitas. The family will have a Celebration of Life April 13, 2003 at 12 Noon on Jupiter St. in Leucadia. Memorial Donations: Sharp Hospice Care, San Diego.
