I am relatively (no pun intended) new at this, though I have dabbled for the last couple of years. You are the first oil well I have hit, and looks like I hit big. Leroy d. 7-8-82 and Addie d.10-22-79 were my grandparents. They lived in Bay City, TX and owned Franz Cleaners. They had 2 sons, my daddy, and Lee Allen, 11-23-32. Lee married Ann and had 3 kids: Leroy, Roger b.8-14-63 and Melanie.(no contact for a while) My daddy was Roy Lloyd Franz birth 8-22-27 Bay City, TX death 12-16-97 Round Rock, TX. He married Mary Lorainne De Leon (as far as I can tell, she does not exist) birth 8-16-34? (She's a woman, what can I say.) They had 3 children: me, Robyn (Robin) Lynell 5-5-55, Bay City, TX, Elizabeth Gaye 6-9-58, Wharton, TX, and Lloyd Kevin 12-28-63, Austin, TX. Though I knew Fred, Ruby, Darlene and Bill, I don't remember much about them. Darlene died of brain cancer as a young woman and I don't think Bill ever married - I think he lived here in the Austin area. You probably know as much as I about Beulah and Mel. I spent summers at their farm with Patsy and Walter's eldest daughter, Lynn. They also had Wanda, Brett and Mark. Uncle Mel let me drive his tractor - good memories! He ate Cracker Jacks every night and put all the prizes in a drawer next to his chair. I loved that place! I would love to see the photos! Tell me again how Nancy Jane Mowery fits into the puzzle. I knew there were 2 Nancy Janes, one Rogers and one Franz, because that was almost my name. It was great to hear from you and I would appreciate any more info you offer. How in the world do you keep all this straight and when do you find time to research? Any tips? Thanks again, Robyn
