They were married by a presbyterian minister in Newtown, LI 11/23/1799. He served in the war of 1812. They were both buried in Fairport Ny where I grew up. They had 8 children Eliza, William (he is my my ancestor). I have a bit of information on james Conklin if you are interested. I lived in the town where the majority of them were buried.
