As I understand, my Rogers migrated from the Maryland/Virginia area into Pennsylvania, Ohio, Iowa, and then into California.  From what I have determined my Joseph Rogers b. 09/15/1783 was a seafairing man.  As mentioned he was born on 09/15/1783 d. 02/23/1865, married Margaret Morgan on 03/17/1805.  Children of this union are as follows, to the best of my knowledge: 1.             Rachel Rogers b. 05/25/1805 m. Last father Thomas, b ca 1662, probably England, married Hannah Mugeridge a 1687.
