Services will be held at a later date. Tomas was born June 19, 1983, in Muscatine, the son of Ray and Julie Dvorak Rogers. He graduated from Muscatine High School in 2001 and Indian Hills Community College in 2004. He was a member of St. Mathias Catholic Church. He worked for the City of Muscatine and was most recently employed by Monsanto as a Computer I.T. Survivors include his father; paternal grandfather, Harry Rogers of Marion, Ohio; maternal grandfather, John Dvorak of Dubuque; stepgrandparents, Harold and Vivian Wingerter; two half-brothers, Jason Rogers of Lovlin, Colo., and Gary Dvorak; and a sister, Julie Higgins-Rogers and husband Richard of Mount Gilead, Ohio.
