I just returned from the Library of Virginia. The bond index lists Nancy's last name as Cullor but the book Marriage Records of Accomack County, Virgionia 1776-1854 Recorded in Bonds, Licenses and Ministers' Returns shows Nancy's last name to be Cutler. Several months were missing from the microfilm showing the actual bonds and the bond for Thomas Rogers and Nancy Cutler was missing. I went through the actual documents but the bond was not there. I called the Accomack courthouse and they did not have the bond. Thomas and Nancy Cutler Roger's daughter is Nancy Elizabeth Rogers married to David Tyree. It appears Nancy Cutler's father is George Cutler of Accomack, VA. Have you found anymore information on the Rogers/Cutler families?
