I have not posted anything for quite some time so will try again. My ggggrandfather was Joseph D. Rogers who was born about 1787 in North Carolina. His wife was named Cassandra (possibly Clay). Their children were born in Tennessee. I don't know if he moved to Tennessee from NC as a child or adult. They migrated to Missouri and then to Fannin County, Texas where he died in 1843. I have a very, very possible link to his parents - due to a couple of family members having possession of this persons will. I have a James Rogers with a wife named Rachel. Children listed in his will are: Joseph, Samuel, Solomon, James, Elizabeth, Thomas, John, Lucy, Sally and Robert. The will was filed in Franklin Co., TN. Any help with any branch of this family or tip of where to go would be very appreciated. Donna Rogers
