The website is below. http://www.archives.gov/research/arc/native-americans-guion-miller.html These were filed in early 1900s (the ones for my family in 1906) so I don't know if Laura was an Epps or Rogers then. I don't know where you live but some libraries around the country have these applications and if not you can get from National Archives (instructions on the site). These applications require the individual to name his/her siblings, parents, parent's siblings (of the Native American parent) and grandparents. They're wonderful resources.
