Your info is correct. What I can tell you is that our ancestor was rather elusive in terms of his own genealogy,No one really seems to be able to accurately identify when he arrived in NZ. Some say he came from Salem Masachusette others say he came from England. There were several Wm henry rogers who arrived in NZ at the same time. In 2012 the descendents of William and his first wife Peti will be having a reunion so we are hoping to have done a heap more research then. They did have a reunion in Rotorua in 1985 which included all the Bennets. Reccomentd that you go to whakapapaclub.org.nz and you will find quite a lot of info there. Hope this helps a wee bit.
