My connection to the Rogers family is through my maternal grandmother. Her paternal grandmother was Sophia Sarah Rogers Turner, daughter of John Rogers and Barbara Breazeale. My grandmother's father was Middleton Woodward Turner and since Sophia's brother was named Middleton Drury Rogers, I know the Middleton name has to be connected to the Rogers somehow.
