He was the son of Joseph Drexler and Margaret (Maggie) Ryan, born 6 March 1900. His father died 14 March 1900. His mother married James Rogers in 1904 and had 5 more children. Philip/Felix went by both last names - last record is 1930 ccensus where he is listed as Felix Rogers with his two children Margaret (Cissy) and Andrew. He is a widower at this time.
