    3. In 1997 Nancy Casey, a cousin researched the Ancestors and Descendants of Hamilton and Dinah (Greegg) Rogers of Loudoun County, Virginia.and published under that title. In the forward she devoted several pages to the early Ancestors beginning in Scotland and Ireland plus information she found about William and Jane Rogers and their two sons Arthur and William. Our records indicate that Arthur married a Mary McFall but it could have been Mary Elizabeth? If you cannot find acopy of the book please e-mail me and I will make a photo of those first pages. 3. Does anyone have any information on a Lysander Lee married to Margaret Jane "Martha" Rogers. They were married in Pennsylvania and moved to Vanceburg, Kentucky where both of there are probably buried. Margaret was the widow of a Mr. Beamer before marrying Lysander. Ebensberg Courthouse, Ebensberg, PA marriage Licenses, Book 25 Page 446; married by W.S. Krise, Justice of Peace, October 31, 1903. L.L. Lee, occupation Railroading, age 37; residence Johnstown; parents Merriman and Angeline Lee. Margaret J. Beamer; age 35; residence Johnstown; parents William J. and Mary Ann Rodgers; former husband died March 10, 1899. "After L.L. Lee and Margaret Beamer were married they bought a small farm in Vanceburg, KY. When my grandmother died, Lee and Margaret took in several of her small children and had them help on the farm. I can't explain this but the children all called her Aunt Martha. My father was one of those children. When my father was in his late teens he went back to the farm in Vanceburg, KY and worked with them for a while. I believe, but have not proven, that Margaret died in Vanceburg, KY after 1920 and before 1940. L.L. Lee died in 1941." Submitted by Nancy Lee; nlee@mail.cvn.net; March 2, 1999) Any clues would be gratefully appreciated as it is possible that Margaret was a "late-in-life" daughter of my great-great grandparents William Jackson and Mary Ann McClain (both buried in Texas). Isn't family fun! Fran
